- Have a valid working permit to work in the UK
Or
- Already own a UK property but working/residing abroad
Then we may be able to find you a national mortgage.
If you answered yes to any of the above, then we may be able to find you one of the following mortgages:
- Non-UK residents Non EU Citizens and Non UK Domiciled (UK expatriates or nationals of another country) wishing to purchase / re-mortgage a residential property in the UK for Investment / Buy to Let purposes
- UK Residents (Non-UK Domiciled) wishing to purchase / re-mortgage a residential property in the UK for Investment / "Buy to Let purposes"
- National UK Residents but deemed Not Ordinarily Resident in the UK for tax purposes wishing to purchase / re-mortgage a National residential property in the UK for Investment / But to Let purposes
Mortgages are available to EU citizens after living and working in the UK for a minimum of 6 months. The following list represents common requirements:

Applicants have been residing in the EU for the past 3 years

Applicants have a UK bank account

Applicants have a permanent job in the UK
As with National UK citizens, all mortgage applications will be credit scored. If you have not been living in the UK for very long then this will have the effect of reducing your credit score.
